Relationships, be it with our partners, friends or family occupy a lot of our time. While some of that time is put to good use, most of it is spent “chilling” at home probably watching TV, lying by the pool or sleeping in. This is definitely not a bad thing, everyone needs to ‘switch off” at some stage, but there are many benefits to exercising with someone you are in a relationship with and what better time is there to go through a few of these benefits than during the month of flowers, chocolates and LOVE.
