Summer has finally arrived and everyone is out on the road going for a run or a cycle trying to get their winter bodies’ back in shape and ready for the beach in December.  It is great to see more and more people being active and outdoors as we all know that physical activity has wonderful benefits including decreasing our risks of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.  However some people may not realise the risks of training in the heat.
